L'Espoir was the outstanding 2009 Champion Danish Warmblood Licensing Stallion & 2008 Reserve Champion Mecklenburg Licensing Stallion.

The judges at Redefin described him as a ‘Miracle Mover’ – “When he trotted through the indoor arena every part of his body was in motion.  He has an energetic leg action with fluent movement through the back”.

Annual General Meeting 2018

The British Hanoverian Horse Society (BHHS) is pleased to announce that their Annual General Meeting will be held at Horwood House, Mursley Rd, Little Horwood, Milton Keynes MK17 0PH on Saturday 24 March 2018 at 1pm.

The Agenda will include the presentation of the annual report and accounts for approval, election of committee members as necessary and any other business suitable for an AGM. The full Agenda will be published on the website in due course.

De Niro

Press Release from the Hannoveraner Verband - Privately owned stallion De Niro passed away

Medingen. Privately owned stallion De Niro had to be put down on Wednesday morning, October 11. “The whole Klosterhof-team is endlessly sad about the death of this unique stallion.” So says a statement on the website of Klosterhof Medingen. The 24-year-old Donnerhall/Akzent II-son has left his mark on dressage over the past years. He was Hanover’s best ambassador worldwide.

Stallion Licensing 2017

The British Hanoverian Horse Society Stallion Licencing was held at Home Farm Hothorpe on Saturday 30 September 2017, where four 4 very different stallions presented in front of the judges.

Our Champion Stallion was the two year old Wild Love (Wild Child/For Compliment) bred and owned by Lynne Crowden of Woodlander Stud.  Lynne has also bred the father, grandfather, mother and two grandmothers, so a product of a very successful breeding program.

Dream On

We are very pleased to announce that The Dressage Company's stunning black Stallion, Dream On, is now approved British Rhineland

Dream On (Depardieu x Lavauzelle AA x Inschallah AA) is a beautiful and elegant stallion with a correct conformation and expressive paces. Dream On imparts his excellent temperament to his offspring along with his compact athletic frame. He has an exquisite head, well proportioned shoulders and hind quarters, clean limbs and adequate yet refined bone.

T.Movistar

The British Hanoverian Horse Society & British Rhineland is delighted to announce that T.Movistar is now approved British Rhineland

Carl Hester's former international small tour champion T.Movistar is standing at The Dressage Company, owned by Mark and Elizabeth Mills based near Diss, Norfolk. The stunning KWPN bred stallion is a major asset to the British dressage horse breeding scene with his proven show record and offspring.

Benvenuto

The British Hanoverian Horse Society is very pleased to announce that the Hanoverian Stallion, Benvenuto, is now standing in the UK at Champion Park Stud in Leicestershire.

The Stallion, which is now licensed British Hanoverian, was bred in Germany by Christian Heinrich.

This magnificent 16.3hh chestnut Stallion has fantastic temperament but he also has the top quality bloodline to go with it.
